I recently put a charge of $4000 on my 0% APR credit card. I have thus far paid it down to $2000. The 0% rate runs out at the start of June 2008. If my balance in June isn’t entirely paid off let’s say it’s at $500 will my 9.99% interest rate be applied to the $500 remaining balance or the starting $4000 balance

There are places that let you balance transfer for no fee or usually 3-ish%. I know that much because the one I have now is like that.
